Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Jenish ("we") for the LancerFlow service. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

LancerFlow helps you track clients, projects, tasks and payments, and create simple invoices and receipts. It is a tracking tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and the invoices it creates are not a substitute for professional bookkeeping.

Your account

• You must give a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and use the service for lawful business.
• One account is for one person. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Free trial and payment

• New accounts get a free trial. No card is needed. When it ends, your data stays safe but becomes read-only until you subscribe.
• Paid plans renew each period until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings, and keep access until the period you paid for ends.
• We may change prices. We will tell you before a change reaches your next renewal.

Your data

Your data is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can download it as spreadsheets at any time and delete your account from Settings. You are responsible for having the right to store the information you enter about your clients. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, attack or overload the service, try to access other people's data, or use it to send spam or store illegal content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of important records by using the export feature. We may improve or change features over time.

Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms. We will give notice where we reasonably can.
