LancerFlow is a simple system that keeps your clients, projects, tasks and payments in one place, so you can spend your time on the work instead of juggling spreadsheets, notes and five different apps.
The problem it solves
Freelancers do two jobs: the work itself, and the business around it. The business side is where things quietly go wrong. A deposit is never chased. A deadline slips because the details were in an email. A client who said “let’s talk next month” is never contacted again.
Big CRMs are built for sales teams and bury a single person in settings. LancerFlow does the opposite: it is small on purpose, and every screen answers one question — what needs my attention today, and who owes me money?

Projects with real progress
Set a contract value and a deadline, then break the job into tasks and sub-steps. Progress, days left and money owed update as you tick things off.

A list and a board view of what is overdue, due today and coming up, with one-click buttons to complete things.
Payments and invoices
Track deposits, milestones and final payments per project. Create a numbered invoice, email it with a link your client can open on a phone, and add your own payment link.
A morning dashboard
Open it and see what is late, who owes you, what is expected in the next 30 days and who to follow up with. Optional reminder email, only on days something is late.
Import and export
Bring clients in from a CSV file and download clients, contacts, projects, tasks, payments and notes as spreadsheets whenever you want.
How your information is handled
You are trusting us with client names, amounts and notes. Here is plainly what we do and do not do with them.
Your password is never stored
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before they are saved, so nobody, including us, can read them. Sign-in sessions use secure cookies that scripts on a page cannot read.
Your data is yours
Download everything as spreadsheets at any time. You can delete your account from Settings whenever you like.
Your clients are not our product
We do not sell your data or your clients' details and we do not show ads. LancerFlow is paid for by the subscription, not by your information.
Card details stay with the payment provider
Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's pages, never stored in LancerFlow.
Nothing is deleted when your trial ends
If the free trial ends and you do not upgrade, your data stays safe and becomes read-only. You can still look at it and export it.
Plain-language policies
Our Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are linked from every page footer, and every email we send can be switched off in Settings.
Who it is for, and who it is not
LancerFlow fits designers, developers, writers, photographers, consultants and other independent professionals who juggle a handful of clients, get paid in deposits and milestones, and want one simple system. Being honest about the limits matters too:
- Not accounting software. It does not file taxes, handle VAT or sales tax, or convert currencies.
- Not for teams. It is built for one person running their own business, with no team accounts or permissions.
- Not a heavy sales tool. It is not designed for hundreds of leads a month or complicated pipelines.
- Not a bank. It records the payments you tell it about; it does not move money for you.
