Try before you pay
Every account starts with a free trial and no card is needed, so you can check that LancerFlow suits you before paying anything.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings (Manage subscription). Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, charged again after cancelling, or hit a problem we could not fix, email lancerflow.support@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it and refund where it is fair. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and can take several business days to show.
Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected by this policy.
