Three steps, once.
Open Settings
In LancerFlow open Settings, find Telegram and press Connect Telegram. It shows a link made just for you.
Open the link and press Start
The link opens the LancerFlow bot in Telegram with your one-time code already filled in. Press Start.
Say what you did
The bot answers that you are connected. Now write to it in plain English, such as “done fix mobile nav” or “who owes me money?”.
What it does
- Marks a task done, starts it or adds a task, when you say so in a sentence
- Answers what is on your plate today, what is owed and what is late
- Adds a client, a project or an expense right after a call
- Logs time, starts and stops your timer and saves a note on a client
- Saves a document or a photo to a client or a project, when you ask
- Sends one daily list of your pending work with Done and Start buttons, which you can switch off
- Turns a voice note or meeting notes into tasks, when the optional AI assistant is on
What it never does
- Change prices, invoices or payments
- Write to or message your clients
- Change anything without showing it first and waiting for your tap on Yes
- Read your other chats or your contacts
- Send alerts, a morning message or a weekly summary you have not switched on

It asks first
Before the bot changes a task, adds an expense or logs time, it shows what it understood and waits for you to tap Yes. Tap No and nothing happens.
Only you can use it
Your Telegram account is linked with a one-time code that only works once. LancerFlow keeps your chat number and nothing else about your Telegram.
Free to use
Telegram's bot service has no cost, and the bot is part of your LancerFlow account, including the 14-day free trial.
You hold the off switch
Press Disconnect in Settings and the bot stops answering that chat at once. You can also block the bot in Telegram.
Questions
Do I need the AI assistant?
No. Most sentences are understood without it. The optional AI assistant, which stays off until you turn it on in Settings, helps with longer sentences, voice notes and meeting notes, and only your sentence and your task names are sent to it.
Will it message my clients?
Never. LancerFlow never writes to your clients through the bot. The bot only talks to you.
Can my client or my team use it?
No. The bot belongs to one LancerFlow account and one Telegram chat, yours. Clients never log in and never see the bot.
Is it WhatsApp?
Not yet. Today it works in Telegram. A WhatsApp version may come later.
What if I lose my phone?
Open LancerFlow, go to Settings, and press Disconnect on Telegram. The old chat stops working straight away.
